Peer Review Process
The peer review process in Rumah Medik is an evaluation of submitted manuscripts by reviewers who have relevant expertise in the same or related field. The purpose of peer review is to assess the quality, originality, validity, relevance, and contribution of the manuscript before publication.
Each manuscript submitted to Rumah Medik will go through an initial editorial screening. The editorial team checks whether the manuscript fits the journal’s focus and scope, follows the author guidelines, uses the required template, and meets basic academic and ethical standards.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be assigned to reviewers. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on scientific quality, methodology, clarity, ethical compliance, originality, and contribution to medicine or health sciences.

Editorial Decision
Based on reviewer comments and editorial evaluation, the editor may make one of the following decisions:
- Accept Submission
- Revisions Required
- Resubmit for Review
- Decline Submission
The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection is made by the editorial team. All manuscripts under review are treated as confidential documents.
